Tambola Play & Win — Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Tambola Play & Win app for Android and iOS ("the app"; also shown as "Tambola Play and Win" or "Indian Housie"), published by ConeM Labs ("we", "us"). Contact: support@conemlabs.com · https://conemlabs.com. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Summary

• The app is free and supported by banner ads. There is nothing to buy.
• It is a social game, not gambling. Coins, stardust, packs, cards, cosmetics and trophies are virtual, have no cash value, and can't be bought, sold, traded or cashed out. No prize has monetary value.
• Play fair: one account per person, no bots or scripts, no tricks to get rewards you didn't earn.
• Your display name is visible to other players. Keep it respectful.
• You must be at least 13 years old.
• How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

1. The app and your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. We may update, change or remove features, rewards, tables or events, or stop offering the app, at any time.

The app contains open-source software, licensed under its own terms, which are listed in the app under Settings → Licenses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licences. Apart from that, you may not copy, modify, resell or redistribute the app, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows it.

2. Accounts and display names

• Age. You must be at least 13 years old (or older if the law where you live requires it) to use the app.
• Guest account. The app creates a player account for you automatically. You are responsible for what happens under it. If you uninstall the app or change phones without linking a Google account, the progress attached to it is lost and we can't restore it.
• Linking Google. You may link one Google account to save your progress. If that Google account already belongs to another player profile, you can switch to it, and this device's guest progress is left behind.
• One account per person. Don't create or use several accounts to collect rewards, fill leagues or gain any other advantage.
• Display names. Choose a name that isn't offensive, misleading, hateful, sexual or someone else's name or brand, and that doesn't impersonate us or our staff. We may change or reset a name that breaks this rule, without notice.

3. Virtual items and rewards

Playing earns experience points, coins, stardust, card packs, cards, cosmetics and league trophies ("virtual items"). Virtual items:

• are a limited licence to use a feature of the app, not property; you can't buy, sell, trade, gift or transfer them, and they have no cash value;
• can't be exchanged for money, goods or anything outside the app, from us or anyone else;
• may be changed, re-balanced, capped, reset or removed by us at any time, for example when we change the game economy, start a new season, correct an error, or act against cheating. Rewards have daily limits, and rewards that can't be verified may be paid at a reduced rate or not at all.

Everything in the app is free; we don't sell virtual items. Any promotion, event or league prize is a virtual item too. Nothing in the app is a lottery, bet or wager, and the app pays no money.

4. Fair play and acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts, modified apps, emulator farms or any automation to play, to claim prizes, or to call our server outside the app;
• exploit a bug, manipulate game data, or try to get around reward limits, verification or the app's protections;
• harass, abuse or deceive other players, including through display names, game names or alerts;
• interfere with, overload or try to gain unauthorized access to the app, our server or the services the app connects to;
• use the app in a way that breaks the law or the terms of a third-party service.

If we reasonably believe you broke these rules, we may remove rewards, reset virtual items, exclude you from leagues, or suspend or close your account, without notice and without liability to you. If you spot a bug, please tell us at support@conemlabs.com instead of using it.

5. Public tables and games with friends

• Public tables start on a schedule and keep running whether or not you stay; leaving a table doesn't pause it, and you can rejoin while it is still open. To make sure a table can always start on time, tables may include automated players. Prizes are awarded by the server to the first valid claim, and the server's record is final.
• Games with friends are run from the host's phone. The host chooses the game name, who can join (through the game code or PIN) and the prizes. If the host leaves or loses connection, the game may stop, and we are not responsible for that.
• Claims. The app checks claims automatically. If you claim a prize that isn't complete, the claim is rejected. In games with friends the host's game settings decide which prizes exist.
• Availability. Tables, leagues, seasons and rewards depend on our server and may be paused, changed or ended at any time, including during a game.

6. Advertising

The app shows banner ads served by Google AdMob so that it can stay free. We don't control the content of the ads or the sites they link to. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising data is used and how to limit personalized ads.

7. Third-party services

The app relies on services run by others: Google (Firebase, AdMob, Google sign-in and Google Fonts), Neon (our server hosting), GitHub (the optional voice download) and your device's text-to-speech engine. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and they may change or stop at any time. Tambola Play & Win is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

8. Your content

You keep any rights you have in the display name and game names you enter. You give us a free, worldwide licence to show them to other players and to use them to run the app. Don't enter anything you don't have the right to use.

9. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the app or our server will be error-free, uninterrupted or available, that tables will start on time, or that rewards, standings or calls will be correct.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ConeM Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, progress, virtual items, rewards, standings or prizes, arising from your use of the app. Because the app is free, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to CAD $50. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, and nothing in them affects the consumer rights you have where you live.

11. Apple App Store

If you got the app from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and ConeM Labs, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) to you; to the maximum extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product-liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer-protection claims, or claims that the app infringes someone's intellectual property. You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or listed as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You must also follow any third-party terms that apply when you use the app.

12. Ending these terms

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it, and you can ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close your account, or end your access to our server, if you break these terms or if we stop offering the app. When your account ends, your virtual items end with it. Sections 3, 4 and 8 to 10 continue to apply after these terms end.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. If the changes are significant, we will also point them out in the app or in the release notes. If you keep using the app after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
