1. Terms

By accessing the website at https://conemlabs.com or using applications developed by ConeM Labs Inc., you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website and our applications are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

  1. These Terms of Service constitute the agreement between ConeM Labs Inc. (“conemlabs.com”) and you as a user who accesses, subscribes to access or otherwise establishes a connection (“user,” “you,” or “your”) to the world wide web sites known as conemlabs.com (individually and collectively, the “Site” and including any sub-domains, or other related conemlabs.com products and services), which are owned and controlled by ConeM Labs Inc.

  4. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT OR ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SITE OR SERVICES, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES.

2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on ConeM Labs Inc.'s website or applications for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
