Delete your Pocket Thesaurus account

This page explains how to delete your Pocket Thesaurus online multiplayer account and the data linked to it. You can do it yourself in the app, or ask us to do it by email if you no longer have the app installed.
Option 1: Delete it in the app
- Open Pocket Thesaurus and go to the Play hub, or open Settings.
- Select Online account.
- Select Delete account and confirm.
Deletion starts immediately and cannot be undone.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot open it, send us a deletion request:
- Send an email to support@conemlabs.com with the subject Pocket Thesaurus account deletion.
- Include your Pocket Thesaurus username in the message.
- If you linked a Google account, send the request from that account's email address so we can confirm it is yours.
We may reply to ask for details that help us confirm the account belongs to you. We complete verified requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your multiplayer profile, username, country flag and avatar.
- Your rating, statistics, achievements and match history.
- Your league, daily board and challenge records.
- Reports you filed or that were filed about you, and your block list.
- Your push notification tokens.
- Your Firebase account, including a linked Google account email.
Your username becomes available for others to use.
What is kept, and for how long

Records that are on a short expiry may still appear for the periods above before they expire. We may keep information we are legally required to keep.
